At NOSUTAROT, every reading and healing session is a unique, intuitive experience prepared with care and intention. Because our work involves spiritual insight, energy connection, and personalized time investment, please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

If you need to cancel a booking:
- 24 hours or more before your session: you may request a reschedule or credit toward a future session.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: the booking is considered confirmed and non-refundable, as time and energy are already reserved for your reading.
- No-shows: failure to attend or respond at your scheduled time is treated as a completed session and is non-refundable.
For emergencies, please contact us directly — we handle exceptional cases with understanding and fairness.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only considered in limited situations:
- A duplicate payment or technical billing error (processed twice).
- A clear, verifiable mistake on NOSUTAROT’s side that prevented the service from being delivered.
- In these cases, please email us at nosutarot@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue for review.

All gift cards or reading credits purchased through NOSUTAROT are non-refundable but remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
6. Late Arrivals
Please respect the scheduled time of your session. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior notice may result in a shortened or forfeited session with no refund.
